Refund and Return Policy

At DermaPrime Therapeutics LLP, we strive to deliver high-quality skincare and pharmaceutical products. We understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully to understand the conditions and process for returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product meets the conditions outlined below. Returns requested after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging.
  • The product must be in its original condition, with all labels, tags, and seals intact.
  • The product must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence on the part of the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once delivered:

  • Opened skincare and cosmetic products: Any product whose seal has been broken or that has been used, even partially, is not eligible for return.
  • Health supplements and nutraceuticals: Opened supplements cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
  • Prescription medications: Once dispensed, prescription medications cannot be returned as per pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events: Unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at your choice, regardless of the product category. In such cases:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with photographs of the damaged/defective product and its packaging.
  • Do not discard the damaged product or packaging until the issue is resolved, as we may arrange for a return pickup.
  • Once we verify the issue, we will process a replacement or full refund within 3 business days of verification.

5. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the product received.
  • We will arrange a return pickup at no cost to you and dispatch the correct product or issue a full refund, as per your preference.

6. Refund Process and Timeline

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
  • If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to dermaprime@rediffmail.com with the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Order number
    • Product name and quantity to be returned
    • Reason for return
    • Photographs (if the product is damaged or defective)
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  4. Once approved, you will receive details for shipping the product back or scheduling a return pickup (where available).

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong products: Return shipping costs will be borne by DermaPrime Therapeutics LLP. We will arrange a return pickup at no charge to you.
  • Change of mind or other customer-initiated returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.
  • Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired product.

10. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, email us at dermaprime@rediffmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
