Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability. Delays may occur during peak seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be displayed on the website when applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this information to track your shipment in real time.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability after multiple delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. If you have already accepted it, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged package and products. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as per our Refund and Return Policy.
